• BodyStockings and BodySuits & Teddies must remain in original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for return
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL or FedEx, 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: EMS for orders over $50, 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.2 International Orders

We ship worldwide except certain Asian and remote regions. International customers:

• Cannot receive refunds on original shipping fees
• Should mark returns as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Original packaging and receipt must be included
• Certain hygiene-sensitive items have additional restrictions

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
