Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Including all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on BodyStockings and BodySuits & Teddies that have been removed from their original packaging. These items may only be returned if tags remain attached and packaging is intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return:

- Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below)
- Wait for approval – You’ll receive a return authorization number within 2 business days
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our boutique address (provided in your authorization email)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Special Considerations
For our international clients (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees cannot be refunded for international orders
- Duties and taxes will be refunded if originally paid to Roma Shop
